Welcome to Dead Men Society! Thank you for taking time out of your day to visit us! Our platform is open to all who want to escape the fast life and the doom scrolling. DMS is a platform based in the American state of Arizona. Our aim is to provide a space for intellectuals, writers, photographers, artists, funny men, and lurkers who just want to see content without being constantly advertised to by giant corporations. The struggle to find a space online to simply exist and partake in a communal environment has become nearly impossible in our modern world. Social media sites have become little more than oceans of slop content; both AI driven, and low vibrational gunk designed purely to be a spectacle that steals your wonder!

Our world is infested with parasitical spectacles that only aim to dazzle our hearts and frazzle our minds! Social media sites that were once great connectors of worlds have become mental corporate prisons where people are made into products to be sold to the highest bidder. The selling of your data has brought out the most vicious and predatory entities of late stage capitalism!

We here at DMS want to change that! We fundamentally reject the data merchants who treat user data as merchandise to sell to the highest bidder and who wish to normalize surveillance capitalism. We do not sell your data to anyone for any reason whatsoever. Our monthly membership fee is what we use to keep the lights on while you are free to share your thoughts, ideas, and stories to the world. Our tip-jar interaction feature allows users to earn tips on all their posts, while giving supporters the ability to make small donations that will not force them to decide between helping their favorite creator keep making the content they enjoy, or feeding themselves. Intellectuals have space in our discussion and debate forums to converse freely, writers will also find our Story Forum feature to be a great way to share their works while avoiding the gatekeepers of the literary world.

We wish to revolutionize the process of publishing safe and stimulating content, remove the barriers and gatekeepers from the paths of least resistance so that creators do not have to accept unfairness and corruption as the only way, while also disincentivizing the negative content that has become the norm on mainstream platforms.
